Hey everybody, sorry about the delay in before this post. I've been extremely busy lately.
The important news is I'll be developing a better pre4.x version of Equipping Overhaul that ought to work much better. It will include some new features as well, but not all of the things that are planned for the 'major release' that's been discussed. This is just to combat the mass of issues that people are having with the mod currently.
Also, Courier Between Worlds is going quite well currently! I have yet to implement custom flash menus because I'm not familiar with the SKSE menu...
I'm going to keep this short. A lot is going on write now in my life, I'm going to be somewhat inactive for the next week or so, everything is on hold during this time.
In other news, when things settle I will likely begin working on a patch for the old Equipping Overhaul system (pre 4.x alpha). This is because I have recently gotten some awesome info on the bugs that are occurring (thanks people on the Nexus thread!!) and can possibly make an updated version of it that is A LOT better. Like A LOT
Guess what? There's (hopefully) going to be a surprise feature in the next or following the next update

It's going to be amazing! Brings the mod to a whole new level of immersion and combat mechanics!
EDIT: This is related to Equipping Overhaul.
Remember how I said I was researching some stuff with Equipping Overhaul because there was a major issue? Well I may have thought of something. Maybe. Testing will ensue sometime this week!
Also, I've identified the issue that are occurring with bows and crossbows! I know exactly why it's happening. Despite this, I only have a small idea of what fixing the issue will require. The next release will treat crossbows as if they're bows, so it will only display one or the other. This does mean it could (maybe) be changed in the future so that bows and crossbows can...
Well, I thought I ought to make a more detailed explanation of what the current status of Equipping Overhaul is. Like always, there's some great things being worked on and some technical issues slowing things down. I'll start with the issues. Well actually, just one issue.
First and foremost, I need to say that the issue is major, but I do not believe it's impossible to fix. I don't feel like explaining the entire fundamentals of the mod's workings, but I will try to explain everything needed for you to know what occurring.
